Yes, Gebby/Tiara won. Anyone knows why Nina Vislova not playing with her bronze medalist partner ?

    Has Valeria Sorokina retired ?

Gao Huan disposed of JOJ summarily. Something may be wrong with JOJ to lose like that. I think this win might help Darren's cause tomorrow unless Gao Huan surprises me again.

If I'm honest, Gao Huan, Bin Qiao and Chen Yuekun need more exposure, they're all really talented and ready to come out the shadows.

Disappointing, despite having more international than Gao Huan.

Wang YH's right knee is heavily bandaged.

Deng Xuan knocked out the amazing veteran Yao Jie in straight sets, unexpectedly.

Remember how I said that many Chinese players are really at the same level as players in the top 20/30 from other nations? This is what I mean... They just don't get sent to many tournaments...

Home advantage isn't a major contributing factor though, it's influence is minimal
