shaft serial is one of a 7 digits one kind number
it tells you this racket is number XXXth that Yonex made
this number is always goes up (and when they reach 9999999 they will reset it)

while the cone code shows you: when this racket is being made
    DD MM Y X CC
    D: day
    M: month
Y: year (only 1 digit, 2 could be 2002 or 2012, but for new racket most likely 2012)
X: many still argues, it could be batch number or revision number
CC: distribution area (JP: japan, CH: china, SP: singapore, IP: international pacific, etc)

if you take a look at this:
it says this racket created on 27 of July 2011 for Japan distribution

as I said before, the shaft serials should always go up on time
for 2011 production, the shaft serials reach 9999999 and goes back to 2XXXXXX
while in your case it is still in 6XXXXXX

arcsaber 005DX?? sorry for my ignorant, but I've never heard about this model before
does it made in Japan or Taiwan? (with "Japan" on the butt cap)
or do you confuse 005DX with 5DX (without "00")?

    no it is different
if you put "00"5 that means this racket is made in Taiwan (mid end)

Arcsaber 008 and arcsaber 8 are different

any arcsaber with 00 at the front are made in Taiwan Yonex
while without 00 are made in Japan (high end)

if you see "Japan" on the butt cap, that means your racket is made in Japan (which is arcsaber 5DX and there is no such thing as arcsaber 005DX)

the reason why I asked this is because shaft serials to verify made in Taiwan and made in Japan are different

based on the shaft serials and cone code, your racket should be fine
