The INA pair keeps their nose in front, 11-9 at the interval of the second-set.

On the other court Wang Xiao Li / Yu Yang have no difficulties facing Wang, Iris / Wang, Rena from US.
CBA won in straight sets by a huge margin

Poor Reply by Chai Biao.. INA win in straight sets

A more actual tests are yet to come when they face CY/FHF, LYD / JJS, MB/CM, YSY/KHS..

If they are really serious about OG GOld Medal, these are the pairs that they need to beat in their way to OG.

A good match to begin 2012 season with, Chai Biao / Guo Zhen Dong is a tough opponent too..

Markis Kido/Hendra Setiawan eventually saw off the challenge by Chai Biao/Guo Zhendong [7] in two tight-sets: 22-20, 21-19. They will face either Gan Teik Chai/Tan Bin Shen or Oliver Roth/Michael Fuchs for a place in the QF.

I feel that at 28, Hendra Setiawan might still have a few more years after 2012. But, he definitely needs a new partner!

Agree! Kido was a very attacking player. But it exhaust him alot. So, a young and energetic partner will help Hendra to stay top while Hendra's experience will help to groom the partner as well.
