Honestly, I don't know those players whom you've mentioned.. okay, perhaps I know Adib, Adib Haiqal? I used to train with him. Currently in BJSS right? Li Lian and Sonia I've heard of them lah. Other than that.. I'm a nobody, so I don't know all those people.. hahaha. But it won't be wrong to guess that they're all taller than me.
hmmm...I think Adib is better than Joo Ven. hmmm....I think Darren will train real hard to avenge his defeat to Joo Ven in the last tournament.... hmmm.... i think... Joo Ven will make it all the way to BJSS too!
Adib played 4 times with SJV in tournaments 1. Selangor Closed - SJV won straight sets 2. Selangor Ranking - SJV won in rubber 3. Nam Kheong U-12 - Adib won straight set (SJV 10 years / Adib 11 years) 4. Junior Circuit Southern Zone U-12 Final - Adib won 21-18 & 21-0 (both agree not to play second set as they will be playing Doubles Final again) Based on results, i think both same standard....also Adib is 1 year older, half head taller & 10lbs stronger...ha..ha
Adib is so cun.... I just like his style of play. Some 'uncles' told me Adib has the same playing style as Rashid and Misbun Sidek when they were juniors that time...
Haven't seen Adib play in a long long time already.. but he must be improving. Seeing this new topic has sorta killed the thread off.. Start new one lah.. So where are most of you training(if you are training)? I train.. in.. my room.. Hahaha. Besides training in my room, I'll be looking for extra training after SPM.. Aside from Nusa Mahsuri lah.. a bit too big for my comfort..
I am training with the Setia Bad Academy, sometimes with SBA. Anyone taking part in any tournament soon? Good luck then. Anyway...Selangor Closed is expected on 6,7, 8 & 9 Dec. As for me...KLBA Open on the 1,2,3 & 4 Nov.
Are you serious??? Noooo! I signed up for the MBA tournament on the 6 & 7 Dec! Oh no. This is so not good.. Anyway, all the best to you for the KLBA Open. =)
I hesitated whether to play in MBA Tournament as it is too expensive lah! S'gor Closed in early Dec?.... yahoo... hurray.... Harap-harap jangan keluar first round.. ha.. ha..:crying:
