Seems like sponsor doesnt care about vietnamese players, racket out dated , shirt , shoes not really up to date to the trend . Player like Lim Y L, skill just so so or even same with vietnamese player get used the current racket , bag , and shoes

Yin Loo may not be that skillful but at least she worked hard on the court, while TBH seemed a bit unmotivated to me, then smiling and laughed a bit as he talked to Yin Loo on and off court like she did everything wrong. Should just let another MAS mixed pair other than CPS/GLY joined the team roster, at least the pair will get experience or whatnot.

Should never put TBH or KKK in XD :p

Good to know that Inthanon R beat Tine Baun (Europe) by 9-21, 21-13 and 21-12. Too bad it didn't happen at the AE.

Surprise of the day: Sonia has actually beaten TTY. I think she can go far after this considering she also managed to stretch Juan Gu to rubber game.

Exactly! Have seen both of them played in Axiata Cup. Definitely can tell CWF plays better than DL.

Looks like once you become a MAS shuttler, losing is no longer an option. Gone were the days where the fans were much sensible and understand that every player has his/her up and down.
Personally, I don't think anyone in MAS team play bad today. It's a pity that very little encouragement were given here. However, when MAS team has its bad days...you can be assure that all the threads in the forum can be a very depressing place.

None of the players played badly, just that none of them played their best form except for Sonia.
Liew Daren was clearly out of stamina at the closing stages of the third game, and considering that he just recovered from fever, I think his loss is excusable.

LHI is still deadly despite his age. Very graceful. Not surprise that Daren lost (especially after GC mentioned the day before that he was under the weather) even if CWF played, LHI would still have the upper hand. Sonia on the other hand was truly inspiring!

I think what TBH did during the XD game sends a very clear message to big shots in BAM.. "I AM NOT INTERESTED IN PLAYING XD"
