We used RSL tourney 1 2-3 years ago. We ever need 4-5 shuttles to complete one game, horrible right? We need at least 2 shuttles for one game, 15 points system. Now I will give another try after hearing so many good feedback on tourney 1. Nowadays we use Yonex 05 and RSL Classic. ;)

Hi tank2008, do let me know if RSL tourney 1 is good again. Last used was mid of last year. Been using Fleet Gold ever since then. Masterpiece is pretty good too. how much do pay for RSL Classic?

Sure. About $23-24 for RSL Classic. How much you paid for Fleet gold? I feel it a bit fast and we used one tube one time and a few guys broke the string in one hour. We dared not to use from there. ;)

paid 57rm for the fleet gold, bought from Honly, JB. few guys broke the string in one hour? so far so good for us. we did restring a few of our rackets during the last 6 months, but definitely not from the same game or hour. I have tried 2 tubes of Fleet F9000 which according to the guy in Honly, he claimed to be the same. it is just abit faster compared to the RSL tourney no.1. Protech Masterpiece is abit slower than fleet gold, more like rsl tourney no.1. Would probably get one or two tubes of masterpiece to try with the fleet gold group to see if they prefer that or fleet gold. Honestly i like the tourney no.1, but after the bad batch, i rather not.

My group has been using Apacs Aero-Flight 700 for about 1 year and the quality is very consistent. Good durability and value for money. No worry of bad batch. Honly in JB selling RM48/tube (S$20.50). :D

We mainly use RSL No.2 for the club due to the cost on the RSL Classic. But for playing with group of friend, RSL Classic is the best shuttles we had tried.

My favourite is RSL Classic Tourney, retails for $20CAD a tube

Second favourite is Victor Champion No.1, retails for $16CAD a tube because I sort of buy in bulk

I've noticed that the quality of feather shuttles has decreased dramatically over the last couple of years, such a shame :D

Currently using Yang Yang 300B's. Though I've just ordered some Aeroplane Black's. Can't wait to see how they are. I actually really got on with the Yang Yang's, but durability still wasn't ideal. You get the odd one in the batch that lasts ages, but then one or two that start falling apart very quickly. I'd say the ratio of quality in a tub was around 70%. 30% being duds. Still very good in all other regards mind, especially flight and impact.

Here's waiting on the Black's to arrive!

recent production YangYang 300B are only so-so.

Aeroplane Blacks are really wonderful in durability. one of the best out there. flight is also very consistent. tend to slow down quite a bit over the duration of the game though. watch out for that.
