I don't think so, suetyan. In this China Masters there are so many "unknown" (al least to me) Chinese players... especially in doubles, but in singles as well. I guess you know all of them, in contrast to me. So, you have a clear advantage here.:(

Sandy, just noticed that I'm in the knock-down draw for the first time and not quite sure how it works. Is the next PAW tournament be the first round?

Just compare the final result of the tournament, the player who has higher points who win. Any tied rule if both player has same points.

Big advantage to CHN fans in R-64. I can sense a few upsets here

    PAW Knock Down Season 4

After "PAW Knock Down Season 3" has been finished, we started to hold "PAW Knock Down Season 4"
The results are taken from Final League Table from usual PAW Tournament.

The results is simple just compare 2 player's results who has bigger points will win.

If any tied position, we considered the winner in order,
    1. Who picked less PAW number win
    2. Who has more winning PAW win
    3. Compare the results of previous round where both player play. If still same we did one step previous round.
If the tied comparation is in 1st round, we compared the result of previous Super Series or BWF Event PAW's results.

For Season 4, we have 64 PAWers in the Draw, taken from Best 64 of PAW Ranking (Team's members and no Team's members).
No separation on same Team's member in drawing
Drawing have been done and posted in this thread.

The List and Seeding PAWers , based on PAW Ranking as of August 31, 2009

If any Withdrawing before Round-64 started, the place will be filled in by alternate player order by PAW Ranking.

If any withdrawing of Seeded players before 1st round/Round-64 is started, the position will be placed by lower seeded's group,

    example :
Seeded-1 pulled out before 1st round started,

    so the draw is changed,
    seeded-1 replaced by seeded-3
    seeded-3 replaced by seeded-5
    seeded-5 replaced by seeded-9
    seeded-9 replaced by seeded-17

PAW Knock Down results are taken from big even PAW, Super Series or BWF Event Tournament.

    Season 4 :

    R-64 : China Masters SS 2009
    R-32 : Japan Open SS 2009
    R-16 : Denmark Open SS 2009
QF : French Open SS 2009
SF : Hongkong Open SS 2009
    F : China Open SS 2009

    Not necessarily..

..you can ditto suetyan's picks and worse comes to worst, both of you will end up tied..And depending on the rules, both of you could once again face off against each other in the R32..
