If you get a chance, borrow one of your friend's MX80 and have a swing. I'm partial to the 3G version but I don't find any drop off in speed.

Probably bs12 n mx80 are good option.its a good racket to counter attack.bs12 is more on fast drive while mx80 is all rounder:)

Hey, could you tell me more of your MXJJS? I'm a VTZF 4U user and I'm pretty satisfy with it. But I have only one racket to play with and everything whenever my string breaks, I will have to rest for few days. I'm thinking of getting another VTZF or the MXJJS as my second racket. Do you mind to tell me your view of both racket?

Depends if you play singles or doubles more... but ideally VTZF for singles, and MXJJS for doubles. Although you could use MXJJS for singles if it suits you better than VTZF or vice versa with doubles.

You'll defintely get less power from the jjs. Generating power is a different story though, the more flexible shaft of the jjs makes it easier to generate power. The voltric is also a lot more punishing compared to the jjs. The jjs has better defensive capabilties but if you're a good enough player the voltric-z-force isn't bad either. I'd probably get a jjs if I were you just in case you ever start get pains or anything you can switch to a less demanding racket. Price wise where i live the jjs is cheaper than a z-force.

I'm pretty sure All Court in Badminton Vancouver let's you test rackets, but for a cost.
I also heard that Topline let's you demo rackets, I'm not completely sure about them though. Perhaps you could give them a call first?

Weird how you found the Vt-ZF stiffer than the JJS. I found the JJS stiffer than the Vt-80 and as stiff as the Vt-ZF. The MX80 being the stiffest.

IMO for 4ug5 zforce and 3ug2 jjs

    head heavy zf > jjs
    speed jjs > zf
    Smash power Zf>jjs
Zf has a more solid feel than jjs.
Zf is slower in getting ready for the next shot.
ZF is more tiring to use. 5 continous smash with zf = 8 for jjs.

Someone mentioned that the jjs is the litttle brother of zf in term of feel and play.... personally don't find this statement to be true. JJS feels to be a different beast. Feels more towards a less stiff MX80. I can't just interchange between JJS and zf. Need more time to get used to the timing and speed of the jjs since I'm coming from zf. JJS needs a much faster swing speed.

Due to my shoulder pain, I'm moving from MX80 to Zf to JJS. ATM not leaving zf yet.

Did u say VTZF is more tiring to use even it's 4u VTZF vs 3u MXjjs?? About the speed, are you talking bout the maneuverability? How head heavy is MXjjs? Is it noticeable from a VTZF user?

    1. Yes, due to the swing weight of the zf
    2. Yes, maneuverability.
    3. Only able to get the bp to abt 285mm on the jjs. Abt 10mm less than my zf. However both weighs about the same with abt 2g of playing weight with JJS heavier.
ZF - remove org grip, 1 layer of athletic tape, 2 layer of replacement grip.
JJS - org grip, 2 layers of replacement grip.

    4. IMO, Head heavy ZF >>> JJS> MX80. I'm actually adding lead tape on the head of the jjs to try to get the feel closer to the zf. Not sucessful and not giving up as yet. However, JJS still feels light but it's saving my shoulder.

hard hitters can usually handle the zforce pretty well, especially when you say you like stiff rackets. maybe not selling your racket first but try some drills on defending? i'm not saying you're not good enough, i'm just saying that zforce is a very good racket for hard hitters and maybe you just need a bit of time with your defense with that racket?

its not my defense it's the extreme head heaviness. I actually find defense quite easy with this racket with the extra oomph
