Sunday CATS at MSAC on 20-Sep-2009 (A Short Report) . Hi CCCers, Sunday CATS at MSAC on 20-Sep-2009 (A Short Report) We worked on Wristwork and Fingerwork. One very useful stroke - the Flick - uses lots of wrist-action. And the index finger(forehand) and thumb(backhand) are to direct where our shots are to land. Flicks are best used with deceptions, that is to hold your shot and then you do the Flick. We still need to work on Footwork for going towards the net, and the trajectory of the path of the shuttlecock for Netplay and Flick-Clear. It's great to welcome Andrew-E attending our CCC CATS for his first time. Cheers... chris-ccc .

It was good to see trainees getting tired and sweating on a colder day. Lunch was held at a Malaysian (Sarawakian) Restaurant in North Melbourne. .
