    snowygreensports.co.uk on ebay?

    Hi there

i am currently interested in buying a nanospeed 9000x but i'm not sure if the racket is fake or real, i would greatly appreciate if someone could tell me if it was real or not.

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Yonex-Armorte...yZ106463QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

From the description, this racket is from Snowygreensports.co.uk and I did some reseach on yonex website and found out that snowygreensports is one of yonex authorized dealer from lancashire, uk.

However i'm not sure if this is true, maybe someone on ebay just using the store's name just to lure buyer? any help would be fantastic.

The first one is a FAKE, the serial does not match the date code.
& most probably the rest of them are fake too if they are from the same seller.....

    1) please contact the store with # from Yonex UK website and ask if they are selling that racquet on ebay.
    2) if so and price is right, why not buy it.
    3) be aware that yonex do not warranty the racquet sold over internet auction site. so request an official reciept from the store.
    good luck

Not sure I thought this applies to UK, I thought in US, the authorized dealer can NOT sell any rackets on bidding sites (ebay, etc) to begin with, regardless warranty concern.

Not that I don't believe the yonex official site but it maybe wise to double check and maybe get some advice from someone who might know or have bought a racket from this seller.

I have contact them and asked whether they sells on ebay or not and they said yes. The price is quite good but maybe I'll just buy from sumai03 since the price is quite the same plus I can choose the string and string tension. A little bit wait for the racket to arrive from thailand wouldn't hurt much ;).

I already told you it was fake. JP model should have the work "gummetal" near the worlds "elastic ti"

No GUMMETAL = instant countefeit for JP rackets.

I have a hunch that people are just guessing and going for the cheapest price available. If people are so unsure, get it from an authorized dealer.
