On another note, Michelle Li from Canada is playing against Wang Yihan now. I'd like to see how she plays against her

It s not nonsense. There are some 10 Jamaicans who could qualify behind Bolt. But Olympics say no matter how many can qualify, if you really have the best in the world, sending just one would win gold. On the other hand, if the country only has one, and he s the best in the world, he will win gold. That s what Liu Xiang proved in OG04. Is this line of logic so difficult to understand? If Jamaica were to take all 8 slots, might as well call it Monolympics!

Thinking of 2 thousands of dollars

    .
    Hi 2cents.

Think of those spectators who have spent 2 thousands of dollars on travel, accommodation and bought expensive tickets wishing to match ZZ play (which happens to fall on this day).

WYH is also fired up winning G1 21-8, only because she hasn't met stiff resistance. Among the three CHN WS,I think LXR has the strongest group-stage opponent in Carolina Marin who, I believe, carries the future hope of Europe, and that's good for her to settle in quickly and overcome her nerves.

For the non-CHN participants,it's a bit unfortunate Intanon and Juliane are slated to meet so early in the rounds, they together with Sung JH,esp, and Saina are the real threats to the Chinese, maybe Tai TY too whom I rate higher than her senior CSC. Not forgetting Tine but I think Saina has the edge when they meet next.

Well, the R16 is when the real test begins. Wish all the Olympians a great Olympic experience. Let's see who the "Olympic Spirit" in another sense of the word has chosen to glorify.

Shocking, what happened to Tago, I thought my eyes are playing tricks on me, he lost G1 21-18 and now trailing in G2? Is he injured or something?
