    Because cone code and shaft serial are wrong, because Yonex rackets do not come in such a box (only on eBay :D), because JP rackets do not come in a Voltric bag.

    Whomever sold you, probably bought it from a place like this: http://www.ioffer.com/i/5pcs-voltric-80-vt80-badminton-racket-514667742 or http://www.badminton365.com/goods-2...hongWei++PeterGade+Use+Racket+JP+Class+G.html 19pcs. for $146 total.

    But you can definitely open a new topic to post more pics of racket and warranty card to learn to identify fakes, etc. But still it will not be genuine, no chance ... [​IMG]. The only thing that looks genuine at first sight is the Voltric bag itself that you got/they gave you instead of these fakes ones above that came with it.
