MO SS 2009 Day 1: A 14-minute match (Will this be the shortest?) . samuel882 has answered vpsingh's questioned. Up to now, the shortest match is: HONG Chieng Hun/NG Kean Kok (2) [MAS] defeating SHIH Kuei Chun/KUO Ting Hao [TPE] 21-12, 21-10 in 14 minutes. This is really fast. Will this be the shortest match? .
^^For one...^^ ..i'm a bit surprised not to see abedeng's name in this thread...shouldn't he be watching & posting LIVE at the stadium??....heck, shouldn't all of the local KL BCers be at the stadium and watching the matches??..
George, I assumed you will be going to the stadium tomolo, right? I will be there for the afternoon session starting at 3pm.
Most of us are on holidays. But I will try to get there by the weekend. LCW, KKK-TBH, EH-PTY are the clear winners on paper!
Extended holidays??.. ..into the Chinese New Year holiday??.. Btw, you guys should ask & invite Pemuda to come & join you guys for the get-together...
Arif defeating Kuan Kam Chung 21-13, 19-21, 21-13, requiring 41 minutes . Arif played a tough match in Round 1 (just 4 hours ago), defeating Kuan Kam Chung 21-13, 19-21, 21-13, requiring 41 minutes. Perhaps he is getting tired only. .
Seems to be very much a Malaysian trait. Maybe they need to attend the Chinese MIlitary camp to toughen them up
Speaking of which, Daren Liew won again, defeating Vountus Indra MAWAN 21-17 21-11. Let's see if he can keep up his consistency.... ooooooo, he gets Boonsak next round. A toughie
Vountus Indra same batch with Arif but not that good. If liew Daren can keep this up, I can see him winning MO2009! LOL!
