I think Panda lives in the clear part of the storm. They make such a big deal of it here, then it turns out to be nothing like a real snow storm. All well can't skip school lol.
the racquets must be amazing for customs to spend so much time on them. maybe secretly trying a couple
You ants-in-the-pants guys remind me of someone on TV long ago : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qt-rCIe68Qc
I honestly wouldn't be suprised, if customs are "sampling the goods" I have seen on many occasions goods that have been ordered abroad, and they have been either damaged or opened by customs.
They probably just checking the contents to see if it should be taxed so something like that. I don't think they would actually run to the court and start banging up the rackets
No taxation without representation! But yes that's most likely it. If not a courier service/EMS it can take a while at times (once took close to 5 weeks for me) but the taxfree limits in US are totally different and much higher ... The colour turned out quite nice actually for TPro, much more yellowy than gold . Almost a mixture of MP99 and AT900P LCW ...
Good thing mine was pristine and untouched, or I'd have killed the customs for interfering with the delivery and I won't forgive them, even if it's just a tiny bit of scratch on my racquet.
you guys crack me up! patience is a virtue just as waiting 20 minutes at a good restaurant for your order to arrive makes you hungrier and the food tastier, so waiting for a good racket to arrive will make you appreciate it even more! i know i did when i waited for my T2 one year ago...
Yeah, I noticed with my Precision. Although the wait nearly killed me, I was extra giddy with excitement when I unpacked them^^ And very very motivated in training, I was actually 10min early for the first time ever
A few more pics to whet the appetite of those still waiting for their Ultra Pros, and to give potential TPro buyers some idea of what an unpainted frame looks like... It's really hard to capture, but the cone and lower half of the shaft are actually a very dark purple - but whereas the U2 was Ravens purple, the UPro is more similar in hue to Vikings purple. Specs are: 82.6g/298mm and 82.8g/296mm. I'm going to give them a few weeks before I write a review - all I can say for now is that they feel very different from the 280mm BP Precision I've been using the last month or so - which I don't think will come as a surprise anyone. XD
Yes with no light the racket looks normal. But When comparing different ones, some look really ugly with all the marbling and others look just rite. Makes them each unique
...and if anyone here is in a position to compare different Upros, Precisions, U2s and T2s, it should be .... what? what? what07!!!
LOL! I'm missing a T1, T2 with the silver pin stripes. Probably should look for one of those just to keep.
