Feel sorry for Korea, have been to so many finals the past two weeks - no title yet.

See if Chen Long or LD did any of that, people would have said that they were rude and that they had bad sportsmanship. But it's ok for these women to do it. But then again there are contexts to the celebrations and I can say that the Danish pair deserved it =).

Interesting thing to note but Juhl has absolutely no sponsor icons on her shirt. She doesn't have a sponsor for her clothing? =(

For HJE, that's her normal sullen look, win or lose.

No, bad sportsmanship is the chronic feigning of illness and injury.

Ah! A thousand pardons! Monumental goof-up by me, there....
So HJE is indeed, Pouter V2.0
And the world at large is a Poutee...

Don't think it's in their personality to show their true side. I've hardly ever seen HJE change her demeanour. Even up and personal at the Canadian Open this year.

Exactly. "There are contexts ..." I don't expect Lin Dan to be sprawled on the floor if he won the *insert title* for the xteenth time, much like I don't expect LYD/JJS celebrating like they won the Olympics when winning the French Open decisively. Of course Kevin Cordon beating a Chen Long is a whole different context just like this one. I feel the fine rule was only implemented for these tv court celebrations nearer to and mostly in the finals when running of court first to celebrate with "da coach". I guess they couldn't spare $100 for Steen P. today then eh ;).

But perhaps it has taken them a few years to let loose ever since they allowed coaches courtside and it is here to stay (celebrating with the coach first)

It's an Asian thing. Emotion is beaten out of you at an early age by your Piano teacher.

Or Badminton coach, as it were.

Noticed and posted that too, the logo's are blacked out interestingly. I thought she had a contract for life at FZ to include after playing career work ...

I used to complain WYH was the queen of pout but she developed a personality that the audience could associate with. I don't like HJE much so she can pout all she wants. A couple of JPN drama queens also need a bit of straightening out.
