A matter of perception. He appears cool, calm and collected to me and that's good. But lacking in intensity, yet can be very effective, though not often enough. Somehow,I feel that he lacks staying power and finishing touches at crucial moments to close out the match. Honestly, I still like him.

Again, Hirose is giving WYH a tough fight in G2. At the adjacent court, WSX is losing it, 16-19 down in G2.

A hard-won match by WYH by the identical score of 21-19 against Hirose who played well too.

And Han Li is going to take down Jiang YJ, winning G1 and leading comfortably in G2, 14-9 now.

I agree that he doesn't have the same intensity yet of Lin Dan or Chen Long.

But you said he reminds you of Chen Jin. He appears to me to be a very different player from Chen Jin. Chen Jin would just run and chase for the entire match, without having any attacking skills. Chen Jin doesn't have a effective smash at all.

But to me, Wang Zhengming has exceptional talent in smashing and driving, anything where he hits down into the court.

In the CBSL two weeks ago, WSX played three good matches with LXR, losing the tie 2 to 1 but well fought. Today she couldn't reproduce that improved form and lost to a relatively unknown, young compatriot,Deng Xuan, in two straight sets.

Wang Zengming did it, what a pleasant surprise! No mean feat beating Sony.

Generally speaking you're quite right. But I have in mind the Chen Jin who can attack well too. I'm reminded of how he played against Lee CW and Lin Dan before the Olympics. haven't seen him, Chen Jin,that is, doing that here or recently.

I really wish Wang ZM can make his big break here.

Han Li prevailed over Jiang YJ who, if I'm not wrong, is only a year older, maybe two.

But Chen Long turns the table and wins G1, 21-19 against Chen YK.
