There's no such thing as a magic time of day for training. You just need to understand what time-related elements exist and how they affect you.

For example, after spending a long time on your back sleeping, fluid in your spine collects which increases the hydraulic pressure on your spine for a few hours after waking. So, it might be a good idea to avoid heavy spinal loading for a morning workout.

Certain types of exercises will increase alertness. This is not good if you exercise right before bedtime. Either change the exercise or change the time.

Peri-workout nutrition can affect your performance. So, coordinating your training schedule with your eating schedule can be done to maximize performance.

There's a lot of stuff to consider.

are you talking about lifting weights or badminton training?

in regards to weights, no time is magical, but its best to have had somehting to eat beforehand

In fact an hour or two before the workout. Need time to process food and don't workout with full stomach.
