    3UG4. I think you must of miss-read it because when you quoted me, the answer is already there.

    Saw a few pieces in Queensway, selling around SGD250.

    Didn't buy it coz I didn't find it spectacular or with new tech. I don't prefer even balance/Arcsaber series.

    Previously someone has posted a side by side picture of ARc8 vs ArcZ;
    I found that the frame of Arc8 is thicker than ArcZ and is somehow similar in thickness to Arc 10.

    On the plus side, the colors is more traditional and the warrantied tension is up by 3 pounds for a 3U racquet.

    At the moment, there are no 4U Arcsaber rackets. They're offered in 3U or 2U only.

    A real pity actually, that Yonex doesn't make even-balance 4U racquets. Considering how many racquets Yonex puts out into the market, I'm surprised that there are certain permutations that it hasn't yet hit.

    4U is too light that one would not be able to generate enough power even thou you one would gain the swing speed. One can only go so light before the benefits of return simply drops off.

    From the pro's perspective, they go 3U or 2U and on top of that may put lead tape to slow the racket speed down for control because they have the power.

    I think its mostly because Yonex has only started to dabble into 4Us, in the past 2-3 years.

    The new NS3000 is going to be 4U with a headlight balance. I wonder what that will feel like.

    No doubt. But shouldn't that be up to the players to decide? I mean, I'm not advocating for an entire line of 4U even-balance racquets but it's not like it's a crazy idea for Yonex to release 1 arcsaber or armortec that fits that mold. They're both already halfway there. Besides, compare a 4U even balance racquet to a 3U head light racquet. Would there be a significant drop-off? I think the option should exist. I would buy one!

    Played with it again yesterday and still loved it. Clashed once but survived with only a couple of paint chips. Very solid feel and accurate. Needs more pushing than the A900P 'coz it's stiffer..but overall it's still a great racquet. Not about to give up the A900Ps just yet as they have been "the racquet". Since playing with the Arc8DX(5 hours), I haven't touched the A900P, unlike the ArcZ where I had to after every game!!

    That's what I found, eventhough both are rated stiff...maybe the A900P have lost some of its stiffness:confused:

    U is 5 gram underweight.
    Normally a racket weights 100 gram
    2u is around 90gram
    3u is around 85gram
    The 4 and 5 stands for grip thickness
