He only signed two autographs, whilst there were 5 people waiting after he promised to give them his autographs. He left a tainted memory, with his surprising personality.

This seems normal. I recall that someone ran into LYD at the KFC in Guangzhou during the Sudirman Cup.

When you are in a strange place, going to a familiar brand is the safe choice. For better or worse, you know what you are getting.

Between the QF sessions, I was walking around Wembley Stadium area. I went into the supermarket next door but missed going into McDonald's.

I don't see why eating in McDonalds would be a problem. INA players (esp the girls) would also buy chocolates and other tit-bits during tourneys.

    Carbohydrate loading

    .
As for me, I find that eating McDonalds foods do not keep our carbohydrate level of storage long enough.

IMHO, fast food is for fast energy-release (same as with energy drink).

If I were LCW, I would go for a rice and/or a pasta dish; where carbohydrate loading is available.

For proteins, the KFC meat is good.

But don't eat the skin if you don't want to grow fat. :D:D:D

Jokes aside...if you have seen the chicken used in KFC, you would not eat them.

Those KFC chicks, err I mean birds look weird. Years ago when I was with the private sector, our firm designed the KFC prototype restaurant which KFC then build cookie cutter franchise restaurant, and I had seen the preparation of those finger licking good chicks, the chicks are different, maybe breed from steriods:D But I disagree with you on the skin thingie...after you eat the skin, the rest of the chicken is so-so:p I just came back from visiting the Yellowstone National Park in USA, we came across a KFC, guess what, buffet style...no wonder, north americans are so FAT, imagine plant your butt in the restaurant and whoop down all you can eat chicks, fries, free refill coke...those docs are laughing all the way to the bank...still skin, yummmm, go for it:D:p

I have been told the same story too in Australia. Our Australian KFC chicks are also caged-grown and bred from steroids.

When we eat the steroids found in those meat, we become bred from steroids too (so they say). :):):)
