i also wonder why wpt/ceh x play but today they play
either becos ceh need to recuperate or it's strategy
very close game by wpt/lps yesterday
they only lost by 2 points
glad that all players gave their best yesterday
the juniors need more exposure to major tourneys
only julia is in the senior standard but still far from WMC
i wonder why BAM didnt send her to many super series last year and now julia have 2 play in qualifying in next month AE

yea korea's line up is very funny
    LHI not playing
    MAS boleh
    hehe

Why MAS line up in full swing?
quote=Jessica;795886]I don't think so but i think this is one of the strategy by Korea team.Since no matter what the results are,Korea will still qualify so LHI don't want to play LCW before All England or wanted to get some rest.[/quote]

Don't know..Different country have different strategy so maybe Malaysia is using another strategy.

or 3rd MS Zakry Abd Latif

Kah kah kah, sure will be very hilarious for us to watch. Doubles not used to playing alone & singles 'forgot' have partner.
    :D:D:D

Anyway, maybe Park Sung Hwan played MD bf in his junior days. Msia players do that, now also Arif play both MS & MD.
Same with a lot of BJSS players, it's either MS & MD, WS & WD or MD/WD & XD.

Korea line up really funny.. Mix Single player to play double.. I think MAS also have this kind of funny line up before during Thomas cup..

Looking at the Uber line-up Msia vs HK also, HK didnt field their best WS, Wang Chen & Yip didnt play.
Same with Msia, our WMC, Lim PS were rested. They fielded the juniors wherever possible. Must have been very tiring to finish at so late yesterday nite & then have to play again this morning.

cheeyf : Either CEH was injured or it was strategy(that almost worked) to rest CEH.
It was strategy in the match against Spore to field Lim Pek Siah/Ng Hui Lin.
In the match against Spore, Rexy said they chose that combination based on what is best style/formation against Spore's 2nd WD.

Our junior WD not bad, just Goh has less International exposure than Ng HL. Ng with XD partner Lim Khim Wah play more in senior level, trying to qualify for OG. Hui Lin also more successful in XD, winning 2007 World Juniors, so...

I saw Park Sung Hwan playing doubles with the doubles players during training in HK Open 2007. So, don't under-estimate him. Well, Korea is well-known for fielding "strange" line-ups, don't they  Some more, the tie is inconsequential to them (and Hong Kong Women Team as well).

It will be a white-wash for Team MAS, although Jung Jae Sung/Lee Jae Jin might spring a surprise or two.

While all the teams fielding their "Wierd" Line-ups, MAS still the one being too conservative.
why did they care about finishing top here?
Korean doesn't really care at all, so do HK & Japan UC team
I don;t think MAs UC can beat HK if the later fieled WC & Yippies.

If Korea managed to steal even a single point from this ties, it could be an embarassment for MAS team, who filed almost their strongest possible line-up. Of course minus the uncles.
