coaching Suggest you try the training center i attend at Sunway Lagoon Club. Head coach is Simon Ee. Former player, very experienced and qualified coach as he has attended the Sports Science and Coaching course by National Sports Council. If you r looking at rm50 an hour, its abt the same. Some of my friends attend 4 sessions a month at rm90. But I attend 8 sessions a month on weekdays which i pay only rm150.

Yes... I attend the weekdays trng sessions & are available mon-fri. Sat & Sun are very full. Maybe because the group is small 3-6 ppl at a time.
that's what everybody cautioned me b4 i join.... that he is very tough:crying:..... then after that..... found that he expects us to be very well disciplined... every drills done without "if" or "maybe" but 100% commitment. Cant say that i m very good now, but at least every trmnt i played in now, i have managed to be in qtrfinals onwards.... hee hee hee guess every coach wants the best for his students..... Zhiweiz, Jrmanu.... u got any trng experience to share?
But one thing im not that sure...i dunno why.... i go under coaching so long....i just felt a slight improvement in me....maybe like 0.01%???
ZhiWeiZ, you are too good already, already at the top level, so any improvement will be less obvious. hehehe.
