TBH flick under his pant at the last few moment at the Thomas cup 2014 was a epic flick of the century for many years to be remembered !!

What a great partnership I ever seen between both of you !!
I just cant resist to document it in this forum by creating a thread for both of them ..

Regardless of the result against Japan today, I think that after this year's world championships both HTH/TWK and GVS/LKW will be split to form HTH/TBH and GVS/TWK

Disappointing loss by them, they are counted on to win and they just seemed to run out of steam after 1 game. Hoon Thien How's mobility from the front of the court to the back is still poor, TBH does most of the work. I give credit to them for trying their best though, and for beating Ahsan/Setiawan to help Malaysia reach the final.

I share my admiration for Hood Thien How. He plays damn well in this Thomas Cup. This goes to show that he is not handicapped due to his size.

I think its a waste of time to push this pair up the ranks. Hoon is getting older, and being overweight as well, i don't see how he could last 3 games, let alone pushing for major titles. No offence, he's very good for an overweight person, but not good enough to win tournaments or against top pairs.

Saw TBH and TWK playing together against INA in Axiata Cup. TBH seems to be on a different level than TWK and the pair would not have won if not for TBH. Wish TBH can partner with GVS, don't really like TWK as he seem to be a very emotional player.

Agreed that TBH is on a different level than TWK. TWK can't seems to defend well. Not to mention against a new scratch pair.

Interesting to see TBH partner with GVS. Both back court player but seems TBH playing front court also better than TWK.

You just bombed my small hope of seeing TBH & GVS together. Wonder if they have enough practice as a pair before going tournaments?....

no doubt they are the best two doubles players in msia at the moment.

there has been talk since KKK days to partner them together, however for reason unknown to the public, these 2 does not seems to click...

some think the 'fire' in TBH has gone... while GVS is burning like volcano

I do think TBH face and body expression shows fire is gone. Maybe i seldom see his matches. But with GVS burning, it should burn TBH's fire as well (normally). What a waste

From results over the past months I think this pair is only good to be used as a surprise in team events. Not to be counted on to win anything in tournaments.
