I am very surprised Cheng Shu / Zhao Yunlei are not in the squad especially since they were runners up in the recent 2009 All England.

Many China women players move to another country to have more chance to compete, especially in team events & Olympic..

in WD, basically in all imporatnt matches, LYB will play DJ/YY. So no chance for other pairs to play for important matches.

If CS/ZYL can win more titles this year and next year, they will definitley go into Uber Cup team. But in other hand, Ma Jin/Wang Xiao Li also creeping close from behind by winning two titles in a row.

LYB must be had tough decisions each time he had to prepared for the girls team. Too many top players , both in WS and WD.

Much more easier to choose in boys team.

While I cannot understand how Cheng Shu/Zhao Yunlei gtot dropped in favour of Tian Qing/Pan Pan, I do believe that both these pairs may still not have what it takes when it comes to the crunch.

Having the tomboys or more experienced ZYW/ZTT makes sense, although ZYW/ZTT may be vulnerable against the top Korean pair.

if Cheng Shu retired than it is her fault i think....
she should be patient and looking for the future... individual title is much more prestige than team...

a minor changes to the China team list, Cheng Shu/Zhao Yunlei is in the list now. Yesterday they received a call from the coach and been told they are in the list. Then they were rushing to the airport in the evening. Don't know how Li Yongbo thinks also, maybe he want a safe win, haha..

Malaysia submitted 16 names. KBH, Hafiz, TCS's names are inside. So are Zakry, Vivian Ho, WKW. So, if anyone injured, they can fly there immediately to replace, as long as it's one of the 16 in the list.

For China, if CHeng Su/ZYL names are already in the submitted list, then CHina can ask any pair/players from the list to play.;)

tournament software is so efficient, the names of Cheng Shu and Zhao Yunlei already appeared in tournament software :D According to Cheng Shu, their names can be submitted after the due date as long as BWF approves to this action.

    The Sudirman Cup regulation says
The Chinese might have nominated the whole team for additional flexibility. I wonder what the real story is
