    Its good to see that your racquet doesnt seem to be a fake. Even if I bought it in a reputate shop, i was still wondering if its really a real one.

    Thanks :) I guess it's ID going by the usual code nomenclature (the I is just a vertical line so i couldn't be sure as the '1''s on the shaft code are also vertical lines without the hook usually at the top of a '1'.

    Should be ID, not 1D. Otherwise, it's a fake. Even if the racket a genuine, why the shop still keep year 2004 production goods? The material might in the process of aging.

    Are you sure about that? The cone codes i see posted here are 8 characters. The shaft codes are 7 digits.

    Sorry. Correct is 8 digits: 6 digits numeric, follow by 2 digits alphabet
    Ex: 123456AB

    Hi again!! I revised the code after Oldhand suggested that the code ended in ID rather than 1D. Please see the revised request, post #6816. Sorry for the confusion!! :)
