Compare Tang Xian Fu & Li Yong Bo with the Misbun! I'm afraid it's Perimer League against Sunday League in the park.

Sure and ask Ronald Susilo how he beat LD in OLY04...and you know what happened when LD met RS in OLY08...Choi cannot even get out of this own backyard in KO10, stopped by Monkey. I like to see Choi play LD again, but then we may not have the opportunity if Choi keeps losing in qualifying round. Choi played the game of his life while LD sucked in EAG...one thing about LD, he remembers or at least the Thing and LYB will make him remember the score, the next time (I don't know when) I bet Choi will get a spanking.

    comparing orange and apple?

    comparing txf/lyb and misbun?
again comparing orange and apple? both of them are fruits!

both parties have their own philosophies, their own ups & down:
for china ba, out of the 1000+ elite players produced, the coaches and the experts could only see the light of ld, others like cj and season cl, the light is very dim..

ld, at 27 is still the top player in china and now he has to skip a lot of ss tournaments to gear up for majors as he can no longer sustain the training & the competitions toughness anymore.

other players like cj and cl are not making any impact with or without ld presence in tournaments and so are the rest of the 1000+ elite team.

so for the thing/lyb, do you think they have the pressure? with 1000+ elite players in hand until today what would china ba say?

we got only one bullet left the rest are not fireable..

as for the malaysia ba or bam is on a much smaller scale and they too have similar problems...

so china ba would preserve ld for majors until a replacement comes along and bam would send lcw out to preserve the world no.1 spot and at the same time going for the majors again..until a replacement comes along..:D:D

ld is great but it doesn't mean he can't be beaten and so is lcw, pg or th. and as for chj i would like to see the spanking from ld ;)but don't think it will happen..

In the 1st place, Choi needs to get into top 45 ranking (or thereabouts) to play in SS qualifying, except for those hosted by Korea. Now Choi's ranking is 331.
Other than that, earliest would be 2010 Team Events like TC, Asian Games. Even if Choi is fielded, will be MS3, vs Bao/Chen Long/Du Penyu/whoever else from China MS 1st team.

In all scenarios, unlikely to vs LD until perhaps 2012 TC or the next East Asian games, when LD is about to retire or retired.:p:p

Of course, the other players who 'meet' LD more regularly can watch the video to see what tactics Choi used, not necessarily must be Choi vs LD & beat LD

very detail and very correct so the match of chj vs ld actually has 1% chance of success according to your finding.

the 1% will be, most probably, in inter team between korea and china - am sure korea will send chj as the 1st single even though he maybe no.3. ;)

No player is invincible, LD included...who I want to see win AE10, of course LCW...who I think will win AE10, my bet goes to LD. What is your pick?
After Choi beat LD in EAG, there are lots of talk about Choi...let's see if Choi even get out of qualifying first, he is 25 this year, too old to be a rookie in singles.

very hard to predict who wins now as it is too long from today until march 9? it all depend on their training preparation.

so let's just say, both did great in their training preparation - no injury ....everything fine, my guess is lcw will be the champion!

as for chj, as i said in my previous post he has only 1% chance of meeting ld not to mention beating him!:D

FOr TC 2010 cannot, unless Korea bench PSH, Hong JH, LHI etc. THis is cos all of them are higher ranked than WR#331 Choi HJ. Highest rank MS1, 2nd highest MS2. It's not like MD where they can field stratch pairs & put whatever order they want.

Also the draw is just as important. LCW recent success in 2 SS wins and good form, in my opinion, narrow the gap between him and LD in AE10. Also, LD absence from competition and poor EAG showing, may see LCW win. But if I have to bet with real $$$, I still bet on LD. Nothing to say I am non-supportive of LCW but I am just honest with my bet, as if I am betting with $$ and not words cause words are cheap and does not hurt. If LD plays the way he played in EAG, he wouldn't even get past the QF so I expect the real LD to show up in AE10 that is why I said it ain't gonna be easy for LCW to win. The Thing and LYB will all be there.

KOR women team has improved a lot...the ladies are huge...but I say the best KOR can do is take one game from CHN, still an easy CHN win in UC.
