jae jin has retired from the international scene.

i was under the impression that ji man is still playing though, but you're right, haven't seen him in a while.

Lee Jae Jin retired. See HERE. He still plays domestically and made a brief international foray when his pro team, Miryang City Hall, attended the Singapore International this year and he won two titles there.

Han played both doubles events in the Hwasun International, reaching the quarter-finals in mixed with youngster Eom Hye Won and the semi-finals with Kim Dae Eun. He also did well in the Indonesia Open and had two key wins in the worlds before he and Shin lost to the eventual winners.

Hwang has not played internationally since Japan. He lost in the sports fest XD final and he didn't play Hong Kong, Shanghai, or Hwasun. He was scheduled to go to the EA Games but was dropped when the new Cho/Shin partnership began. He and Han are still on the national team.

He's not in MilYang. He belongs to Kangnam County in Seoul and National Team, who practice in Taerung, notheast in Seoul. :)

Milyang City Hall's 7 players are the same 7 men who represented Korea at the Singapore International Series this year:
Lee Jae Jin, Shon Seung Mo, Hong Seung Ki, Kim Deok Goo, Kang Dong Ho, Jeon Eu Ddeum, Hoe Hoon Hoi

No. He played in tournaments earlier this year and has never been off the national team. His regular partner, Han Sang Hoon, had an interruption when he started his military service, though. All the younger players have been partnered among themselves so presumably Hwang was left waiting for an opportunity to play with Han again. Hwang played in the Korea Open and TUC prelims and BAC and both played in domestic tournaments in April and June and each won one.
