Koo/Tan win easily in almost exhibition style. A more potent smashing and faster team would have really troubled them. Up next is an interesting one: CJ v Hayom
Seems like we got real battle here folks between 2 future wd. Dunno if Hayom can trouble Robot whatsoever
I think it's better for Zhang Nan to just concentrate on XD as he is doing so well,no criticism intended. Look at Lee Yong Dae in XD, trying to do the same without much success. After all, China has so much breadth and depth of talents to draw on; I understand Li YB's concern to find another MD combination, seeing that he cannot depend too much on Cai/Fu while Guo/Chai are not up to it yet, judging by their recent form. Today's standard in XD,MD and WD is such that total dedication and concentration are called for, very few,if any,can do equally well in two disciplines.
Bloody long and boring rally in the WD match. And finally it's over with INA smashing in. 9-10. The umpire is calling the "service over" service up" for some reason
I'm watching to see if Hayom or Tommy, or maybe Tedjono Kurniawan(not playing here) can fit Taufik's shoes.
Qiao Bin trailing far behind Du PY in G1,8-15 now. What galls me is to see a certain unknown,QB, taking out a future star,Viktor Axelsen in his case, and in the very next round lose to a not-so-much-harder-to-beat player (Du and Axelsen maybe thereabouts);where's the follow-through? I may spoke too soon, game 1's not over yet.
