Forget about nylon shuttlecocks and don't be mislead by big sounding words like new polymer and nano this nano that. In one word they are all rubbish.
Just one look at the design, which has full of holes and the complete absence of turbine-like blades like in natural feathers, simply mean it will not work. It is misapplication of technology in areas that are useless.
I suggest you forget about the current state of nylon shuttles to stop the rot in badminton standard. Feathers are the only way to play badminton as it should be played.

Sounds a bit conservative to me, Badminton will continue to develop and I bet there is some people out there finding
playing badminton with a plastic racket is nono since a wooden one is the real thing.
One day we will all play syntetic shuttles and refuse to look back at those oooold school bird stuff.
But in some way I do agree with you, we are still not there and maybe/probably some one have to look further
then todays plastic shuttle to find a design that realy plays like feather or why not even better!

Personally like Winex birdies, really nice and affordable for heavy users. Got that from one of the distributors in U.S. Great Deal.
