.. I never see him play before but remember reading somewhere in Junior player blog when he compete in Malacca circuit early this year..he was left behind 12-20 in rubber set and caught up to win 24-22,he fell on the ground after finished the matched and collapse outside the hall and almost sent to hospital but he refused to go coz he still wanna play in semis and the next 2 days he won the final...
I forgot to add. As an unseeded player, Zulfaldi demolished 7 much older opponents, all in straight sets, to win the Division 2 singles. Imagine when he get bigger and stronger in a few years time...
Beyond Goat like Impressive… hope he got the motivation to keep going! There sure to be lot of distraction after he reach his teenage years where girls, “extra-curriculum” comes in and when pressure and expectation started to pill up and not to miss oout the mother of all destruction "INJURIES"… lot of young athlete drop from this point onwards.

From Europe maybe look out for HK Vittinghus of Denmark. He got as high as 47 in world until a horrible knee injury stopped him in his tracks in Aug 07. He is number 2 to Kenneth Jonasson as Greve in their premier division and is a lovely player. Already has 2 EBU wins under his belt and is making a return to court this Feb 08. www.hkvittinghus.blogspot.com Oh keep an eye out for Scott Evans of Irleland too. Best prospect from this neck of the woods in a long long time and is being personally trained by the great Jim Laugesen of Denmark. www.scottevansirl.com
ENG : MS Rajiv Ouseph Look at this :http://www.tournamentsoftware.com/sport/draw.aspx?id=6732&draw=1 He is 1 big future star for sure!
We have one big hope, who has the abillity to become a big champ. gabriel ulldahl (19years old) is he's name. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2007_European_Junior_Badminton_Championships
wow...we will have many shuttlers from europe then that sounds good...hope they will give the big challenge
Saensomboonsuk Tanongsak of Thailand.. big applause to him for his effort in today's match against WCH..
nahh.. Gabriel Ulldahl of Sweden is unlikely to be a ever reaching top 20 I would say (I hope I am wrong, but I donn't see a big potential in him) Chen Long, China and Kenichi Tago, Japan are the biggest hope of world no.1 later as I see it.. But not all juniors can sustain the development curve.. But these two stand out as I see it! Tago has proven that even the top players have to work hard to beat him.. Just for team Japan to hire Li Mao, to get him the last push on the senior scene :-D /Twobeer
i also see the potential in these 2 juniors but then long time din hear abt chen long, since last WJC
