    No Malaysian youngsters?

Why don't Malaysia send the youngsters here? Most countries are eagle to have their players collect more Olympic points except us?

I think the reason why Malaysia not sending their young players to play these tournaments mostly likely they want to stop them gain experiences and feed them to be only 'jaguh kampung', not 'jaguh dunia'...

Glad a BCer brought this to Panda's attention.

Panda will be a stringer at the U.S. Open this year.

Do you know how much a visa costs? Then add the flight and accommodation. I think this one is a bigger factor compared to other tournaments. And then if everybody else is there, what's the point? Let other people tire themselves out ;)

And also they don't feel like spending money to boost the players' confidence by sending them to tourneys with not so many big names...
