    That's why i said before discounted...In china,there r different prices in the market.In the mall,u pay full.In the yonex store,u pay 80-90% of the price.Buy it in "some other places"..u can get 30-35% discount.:D

The Ti-10,old or new,in indo costs around 720 HKD..a lil bit cheaper than in HK.That's why i guess i'll buy one when i go back.:)

In china, the price of the old ti-10 is more expensive since it's rare.So does AT700 old colour. So,if u're interested in collecting them n then sell it in the future,u might think about having them now.

I full understand that. Just no discount alone, it's the same price as a JP with no disount, that is what I am saying.

Even if I put discount factors in to both of them - JP is a better buy because the CH is still priced too high that you are paying the price of a JP anyways.

Because this racket is JP version which is imported from Japan, it more expensive than what u can find in other shop which offered SP version in Malaysia, btw for SP version it just cost about RM500+(USD143+).

Note : Make sure u see the code is JP or SP, because of that, the price will different quite a bit.

    Happy Saber Year

Well, when my wife said I could have a racquet as her New Year gift, I chose the Yonex ArcSaber 7...
    ...and, boy, it rocks!

Although too busy to play, I went around to the SBA Hall and tried it out.
It's a 3U G5 version with Yonex BG-66 at 26 pounds and the original grip.

Clears: Very effortless - both forehand and backhand
Lifts: Just flick it - and you have a perfect lift
Blocks: Great feeling - and go easy or they turn into drives
Drives: Don't swing, don't swing - or you'll see them rocket out
Drops: Precise for tapped drops, a little less for sliced drops
Net-shots: Stiff for bounces - but very easy for tumbles
Half-smashes: One hard tap - and you have a kill
Smashes: Simply superb - and you need almost no backswing

The only drawback I noted is a distinct lack of feedback when hitting with a lazy swinging action. This stiff Saber is for the explosive arm... not for the classic arm.

I'm glad I didn't choose another Armortec 700 or 900 (although, price-wise, they are still a better buy).

And, finally, you gotta hear the Saber's sound too :p
Ahem, I just retired my MP99 until further notice :D

i agreed to the other-mentioned above, just this stiffness that i need to recheck.
is more flexible compare to At700 or At900, and i kind of feel it is medium flex for the shaft...........

It's dam hard to find old Ti-10 in Indo. Last time I've tried and still find it 2 pcs in Bandung. If I am not wrong the price was Rp 1,000,000 ($107).
The new Ti-10 is around $95. Luckly a friend sold his old ti-10 to me at $50.
Hey smichz don't forget to PM me if you are in Indo. Would like to play together, I also can recommend a good badminton shop.

    arc 7 first trial play

Thanks to silentheart I got ARC 7 just before X'mas. Tonight, I played 1 hour with it.

    Racket is 3UG4, no overgrid

It's head heavy in my feel and also by 3 other players opinions.
    I personally feel it's heavy than NS9000, AT900P.

    Good parts:
Clears, lifts, blocks, drops, pushes, net-kill

smash and drives lack little bit power, but better than my NS9000S, which is stiff and head light. I am still not fully recoved from my shoulder pain yet, I guess that's the partial reason.

My partner did say that I played much better today. So overall, the racket
    is very good.

SInce it was short session, no time to find out how it behave when I get tired. For me, I found out that a simple rule to judge a racket is after 3 hours
play with other racket, then play with target racket to see how the new rackets works.
