It looks genuine to me. At least they dare to show the code.

Normally speaking for a JP he is not asking for much no. But the exchange rate a few years back used to be a lot better for one and probably looking for a quick sale. Aside from that, US prices are ridiculous :D. AT900P's go for $170 in Europe and that includes ~20% sales tax. If you'd order in Europe that would even get deducted from the price when shipped to non-EU countries ...
From the pics I don't see anything suspicious and numbers check out (of all three racket auctions).

Higher UK VAT, exchange rate vs Yen, in the UK £ = € [IMG], longer warranty in EU (warranty only valid in local distribution region as well), store pricing. Mainland Europe prices are already much cheaper than UK ones ... (£120 right here, 21%VAT included).

I asked the guy for the country code and he told me it was TW, and then half an hour later said it was DE. Looks genuine though from the picture but cant be completely sure without seeing it. my question would be why is he selling a brand new racket on ebay?

Still unsure coz the ones I've seen with the cardboard piece where the strings are normally have a different illustration. Also if you look at the writing on that cardboard, they've spelled "exclusive" wrong.....unless its a German spelling! The guys also probably got some shill bidding going on with the last couple bidders have 0 and 1 feedback. I think I'll leave it......

Just been to check the spelling and it is actually wrong on all of them (I have a box full of mx60 & mx80 here) Guess it must have either been a misspell or not translated across from German as you said. I am always wary of brand new items on ebay unless they are from a reputable store!

Ok so a few more questions; do your mx60's have the same illustration on the card or does it not have the pics of the players like the others I've seen? What about the bag? I've also seen a different bag for this racquet.......and finally, why have you got a box full of racquets?

Because I am a VICTOR retailer in the UK. Yes the card board illustration is the same - this is the standard i believe for VICTOR Europe which is why I was surprised when he told me it was TW coded and he got it from a friend? There have been slight variations of the cover in asia but that is the standard Meteor cover.
