I have a friend who broke his Nano 9000 last night due to mishit at the frame (9 o'clock). He strung it with BG66 @ 26lbs. His sword is 3 months old with no clashes before and very well taken care of. I wanna ask if there's any warranty from Apacs for such cases? Thx for responses
Finally able to load Apacs Malaysia's website. Filled in the enquiry BUT not able to send the enquiry due to mail transportation failure. I'm speechless.
haha ziggy, you're in msia, yes? go to ebay, look for the user racquet_sports, and talk to him about it and see what he might be able to do. oh look, here he is: http://myworld.ebay.com/racquet_sports/
Naaaah.... Panda Power is inexpensive IMO, but they (he) have amazing QC and etc. If one man can do it, a whole company should be able to do it too. No excuse for giving me 2 APACS Nano 900 Power thats 6-7g out of spec.
and yet they are awarded the title Superbrand in Malaysia apacs rackets in Msia have a Superbrand stamp at the cone do those rackets ourside Msia have it?
Yea they have the superbrand logo. However, can you name me 5 racquet brands based in Msia? I can't. Which is why I think they got it. XP Panda Power is a US brand. And smaller.
makes sense. apacs started in Msia? but they're able to make quite a name in the international arena..not bad at all since it's based in Msia, i wonder if the quality of the rackets in oversea are better than the ones in Msia because this is the case for Proton (Msia brand) cars
Haha thats my point. If Apacs is the ONLY Msia brand of racquets, then the Superbrand award can ONLY go to Apacs because it has no competition.
To ensure the consistency of its products, Apacs created its 12 testing method technology on every finished racket to ensure high quality assurance. something that i found on the superbrand website LOL "well" said
racquet_sports said that most probably the warranty would be unsuccessful he mentioned that the suppliers have the device and tech to check the breaking factor and a mishit will result in some paint chip
I have exactly the same problem with a new Tantrum 300 and apacs strings, 22lbs (bought in the UK). Seems like they are very fragile. I've already received a sorry, but we won't fix it off-center shots are not covered email, but I am quite persistent so I'll keep you guys updated on progress...
