Where I am in Vancouver, BC, annual membership is about $800 at Vancouver Rackets Club. So 4 yrs is $3200. If you plan on playing at least 4 years then it's worth it. And only if the place can guarantee it won't close down in 4 yrs. ;)

Is it transferable? Can you kids inherit it? Do you have a say in running the club? How many members will there be? Why such a plan is offered? What would happen if you get injured? So many ??????

Bintang is not quite of the same level to VRC. :D

But first, what are the benefits? E.g. Access to all Bintangs in different locations, or just one?

the old lifetime was all gyms. i know one person who has signed up for it. and since said person has been using the membership for many years, it was worth the cost.

however, if the new membership is only one facility, i am not sure. they are probably the largest badminton club in the country with 5 locations scattered around the bay area. it is highly likely that within one's lifetime we will move within the bay. that will be a big plus to have access to all facilities.
