Li-Nings goods is like Nike. Not cheap. But they have massive turnover knowing all their products is made in the homeland.

    Your source is good.

However, this still does not make much sense to me. Kason rackets are already battle-tested. LN rackets are still unknown, even on the eve of getting on the big stage. If they really want to use the LN name, they can always call it Kason by LN and market Kason rackets as the premium line of LN Badminton.

Yonex will still be the sponsor for Spore Team. Li Ning may not be able to get them. But its a good try though that Li Ning did approach Team Spore.

making rackets isn't rocket science anymore. China can make very high end products if buyers demand them. How fast LN want their products to reach yonex's level is largely a managerial decision, not a technological one.

If I remember correctly, Li Ning's slogan "Everything is Possible" is quite similar to Adidas, "Nothing is Impossible". LN even cloned brand slogan.

Look to me the LN Partner 33 is the YY AT900T's equivalent & LN Partner 22 is the YY AT900P's equivalent.

But to me I see Kason as a "average" brand.

Maybe they want to start their own branding , like yonex everyone sees them as the best brand ( the majority of people).

So I think it will be good that Li Ning is making their own brand - if they do it successfully it will join yonex in its "elite" status.
