I personally am not Chinese, which might prove to be a slight problem. I can ask my friend if he's interested though, he might be considering the tournament we tried to enter over summer got cancelled.

there's a lot of derailing in this thread. is it possible for someone to clean up the last few pages?
where ? There is just videos, then advice on the videos, that is it, with one or tow off topic posts, there are tons of other threads, that are a lot worse than this.

Just little suggestion, your forehand serve & clear seems little bit till half court. If can hit it near to the baseline would be better, your opponent will need more energy to return the shuttle...
he was gassed out third set. thanks for the suggestion, i have actually been trying to work on it but i can't seem to get the height i want and the length at the same time i can have either but not both how would i work on that?
A couple of things I noticed. 1) your low serve is borderline, illegal alot of the time. Many umpires would call it. Simple to ask a friend or coach to check and correct. 2) Your opponent didn't really test your movement or footwork. So it seemed that you were not using a split drop/pretension jump moving in & out of base to change direction. 3) Tactically speaking this game would have been won more easily if you exploited your opponents long diagonals. In particular the forehand net area across to backhand rearcourt.
It was actually natural and also too much of extensive legs training during my primary school days make it look like that...
