    It means racket was made in japan but it was bought in england. and I don't know exactly price I think it maybe cost about $150....

    if this is a MP99 serial/date code, then it is counterfeit (unless you copied it wrong) because the racket was made in 2000 and the serial number would have been much much smaller than that.
