Best chance for Ina to grab title since I don't know when..........too long in home soil SS......just try harder guys........
The Chinese women's singles looks like its gonna dominate the next decade ruthlessly, I was wondering who is going to hold the fortress. Because the aging Tine and Juliane are gonna retire in next couple of years leaving, Saina to fend for her herself. But now the rise of Sung Ji Hyun, who is only other player apart from the above players who is very much capable of beating the Chinese. Inthanon, although a good player, still does not give me the confidence which Saina and Ji Hyun do. Saina and Ji Hyun are very much in the same league as the top 5 Chinese but facing more than two top 5 Chinese in a single tournament is a very daunting task. It would the same for Wang Yihan if she had switched roles with either Saina or Ji Hyun or any other player in top 10. I would like to see Inthanon and Sapisree to step up and challenge the Chinese Dominance.
for Taufik, that would be easy. but for Hu Yun? i couldn't find it. BWF's profile is silent on date of birth for most players.
ATTENTION: a thread for the final has been made. C'mon over http://www.badmintoncentral.com/forums/showthread.php/113510-Indonesia-Open-SSP-2012-Final
*smacks head* thanks, Alan! I was hoping for a more descriptive interpretation, but I'll accept anything that comes my way! Simon is looking very, very good! Fit, healthy, and in great frame of mind. Not surprising, considering this is the IO SSP. Good to see him finally playing the way we always knew he could. I hope he gets even better in another 2 months...
ya, semangat = spirit but in this context, it is more like "Keep the spirit!!!" A kind of expression to support player(s). I can't explain well, just correct me if I'm wrong
Saina Nehwal in 4th straight Indonesia Open final Seems like Saina's love affair with Indonesia never ends. Hope Indonesia loves Saina as well !
