If can I also interested to have one VTZF LTD 4u over there when you visit the shop. However I can already tell you that the Victor Racket there is not cheap. Cheapest among our region will be Singapore. What models you are looking at? May be I can help.

For point 3, a significant point is the currency exchange rate. Some years ago, the Thai Baht was very weak. But it has strengthened so not so cheap.

Unfortunately, I didn't get enough time to visit the shops. Too much time on the badminton court instead.:D

    Hi brothers,

Really need your advice. ONCE again Im going on a Baddy shopping spree. Previously it was in Hong Kong and I know much about the shops there already.

I will be proceeding to Bangkok, Thailand somewhere mid-December 2012. Can any of you advice me on the best baddy shops for me to visit and splurge my mOOlaaahh, $$$$$. Looking for Yonex, Victor, Gosen and Kumpoo.

Do hope that you will advise me on the shop name, location, address and phone number. I will update the name of my hotel later. Please help...thank you. Thank you.

Oops... It's 4 packets for BHT200 each. Buying just 1 pack would cost a little more.

Was told by Sports Marketing that next year they will move to new premises nearby (close to where Somboon Seafood is located)

    Updates

Where is the best place to get Yonex rackets in Bangkok? This question has been asked repeatedly in this forum. Answer: First Sports and Sports Marketing

The area where these shops are located will be redeveloped.

First Sports have already moved from Chula 5 to junction of Chula 12/Chula 5. Chula 12 is a few streets further down from its previous location. (Chula = Chulalongkorn)

Sports Marketing will move from Chula 5 to Thanon Banthat Thong next to Kasikorn Bank (or K Bank to the locals) shortly.
The new Sports Marketing shop is still under renovation as at time of posting. To go to the new shop, take a walk to the junction of Chula 8/Thanon Banthat Thong where Somfood Seafood is located. You should see K Bank and Sports Marketing.

If you are looking for Gosen / RSL, go to Parrot Sports which is a few shops away from Sports Marketing at Thanon Banthat Thong.

FBT and Grand Sport are located at Chula 10 if you're looking for made in Thailand apparels. You could also find fake soccer jerseys at this street as well as Chula 12.

really not easy to find first sports, not because of the location not clear but because they put their name so small in the entrance glass door. i myself already miss few times never the less i waste my one eveing searching high and low. in return manage to explore more shops around that area.

found one shop shell vt-80 pg edition for 4200b near tesco lotus junction.

only manage to found sports and marketing on second day searching after asking some road side stall ppl.

btw tq for sealman here giving a good direction. already make complain to their bosses, need more bigger sign please.

There are two shops near the Tesco Lotus junction - Kee La Pun Pte Ltd and Copa Sports. Copa Sports is affiliated to First Sports. I hardly visit these shops as there isn't much to look at and stocks are limited.

FYI the victor apparels are made in Thailand and the material is different.
