I've been kolkata for a while and sadly haven't found one single place in Kolkata that coaches complete amateurs. If there are any coaches(national/state/ district level) who are interested in giving any lessons/coaching or if anybody knows of someone who can coach, please do let me know.

Hi all, Finally found places to play Badminton, would like to list up here: 1. YMCA building in Esplanade (morning and afternoon), membership fee is 4,100 INR/Year, level was beginner to medium. 2. Saturday Club near Camac Street. But only for a member and currently membership is closed.
Please go to Park Circus Maidan and ask for the badminton facility. Anyone will show you. Its entrance is from Orient Row. However the facility has hard surface courts (not wooden).
