The 2nd one is genuine and the first one cannot be verified without the complete number . The "problem" with shopping enquiries is when you end up not buying them. They will enter "the system" as verified for your username but might also already be in there for the previous owner causing confusion since you would never have owned them. But at least in your case you wrote it was an enquiry but probably the likes of leehsim and ld_rules won't add that extra info in their collection ...
