Agree with Sealman. I have both 6900 and 7900(blue) and 6900 is definitelly stiffer.

    durable.

if u want this racket, get it, because its very durable even though it some pretty big holes on the sides?? my brother isnt a very good player so he hits the rim once in a while. he's clashed the racket, dropped the racket, and snapped his strings in the most random spots. this racket in my perspective won't break. idk, this is only for my racket. other aermet 6900 are different

    Nice racquet

The weight is really light 3U-, the racquet is not too stiff, and it is easy to get used to. Much better than the lower end model Roots Aermet 2700.

Only complaint is, the gold paint is easily chipped, similar to previous Gosen model.

I think it's pretty durable, having a fat (v-shape) delta joint and thick grommets, the side grommets are muscled powered (9, 10, 2, 3 O'clock) and reinforced with rubber bands.

Wasted, I should have approached Aviva Open Runner-up Mr. Boonsak for his autograph,oh wait a minute it's printed on the 5 O'clock and 7 O'clock position. :D

A forumer was selling his 6900 Boonsak model. Not sure if it has been sold. You can do a search on marketplace.

I doubt you can find Gosen racquets in singapore unless someone parallel-imported them. The nearest countries where you can find Gosen racquets is Malaysia or Thailand.

Interestingly some of the Singapore National team players were sponsored by Gosen during the 2009 Singapore Open. I hope Gosen decide to set up shop here.

I visited a Gosen dealer in Bangkok recently and was disappointed to find out that the 6900s were sold out. :crying:

There were actually 10 brand new pieces of the 6900 in the shop but I was informed by the shop owner that the racquets belong to Boonsak *drool*

According to the stringer, the racquets were strung at 30lbs with R4x200, the string which Boonsak endorses.

The differences is only in the 3 and 9 o'clock where the new version is silver color.
