An excellent+ racquet would be a torsion-agile model with built-in motion sensors that allow an automatic return of the shuttle to just out of reach of the opponent.

KK, good imaging...That seems as a kind of Automatic Serve Machine using popular in Pingpong training, but badminton shuttle is not a ball...

What duh? How did you know? News spreads fast. :p

I've been training with and playing against Halim but definitely not giving him any run for his money. His wrist power is incredible, strongest I've encountered, by far.

    Halim is a first-rate person; he's humble, cordial, a great coach...a true champion. :)

I didn't believe it until I clicked the link

lol lol lol :D:D:D The movie could have been Badminton Panda...
...perhaps with a plot similar to Kung Fu Panda (courtesy: wikipedia)

    Plot:

Badminton Panda features Sir NGP as Dink the Panda.
Dink the Panda is a badminton fanatic whose shape, unfortunately, doesn't exactly lend itself to competitive badminton.
In fact, Dink's defining characteristic appears to be that he is the laziest of all the animals. :D
That's a problem because an evil warrior named Cooler has escaped from his prison :D, and all hopes have been pinned on a prophesy naming Dink the Panda as the "Chosen One" to save the day. :p
A group of badminton coaches is going to need a gold medal in patience if they are going to turn this slacker panda into a badminton champion before it's too late.
Will they succeed in turning the lazy panda into a champion panda? :p

hello, i was about to buy a new racket... a AT 700, but does it really break that fast? I do play with some beginners sometimes, so if it breaks that fast (poor+...) I think I need to buy another racket... :( so is the differnce in durability that big? between AT700 and AT 900/SOTX/...

Dinkalot's AT700 was in 4U, which is more fragile than the 3U model.

A fellow BCer brought this to my attention, it's not:

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Opinion

    But rather:

    http://www.answers.com/omit

I'll correct it, one of these days. Panda is still hibernating. :p
