In addition now, the 3 members who voted for Clark/Robertson will be sad. Cant even see them in action as Team England has withdrawn. 1st the OG champs & defending WC champ have to withdraw, now England, next? <sigh>

Why are they withdrawing? Is it because of safety issues?

They had beaten the KOR team in 2007 WC Final. But ever since 2008, they have met three times the Koreans and lost all the matches as indicated in the table. :)

The poll is now closed and the results show that
Most people voted for LYD/JJS followed by the CY/FH and KKK/TBH

    Seems very unlikely:rolleyes:
But they better do that to ensure first WC ever for MAS
But to be honest lots of ppl must be expecting LYD/JJS vs CY/FHF finale,
Though MAS pair may surprise 'em today
Well, let's wait and see

Wow ... MD should be the hardest one to predict, however this is the most 'accurate' polls (compared to others) because the top 2 results are playing in the final

Yup, this year the BC poll jinx swept thru 4 dept. Only LD is immune it seems.
The 2nd highest votes won the title

    Similar to 2006 WC..

..the BC Poll jinx/curse never happened in the MD event, in the WC, until this yr. The BC Poll of "Who will win etc.", for the WC and Olympics, was started in 2006, if not mistaken. The polls were skipped in 2007 for some reason.
So, this yr, only the MS event avoided the jinx/curse.

Overall, in 15 different BC Poll events (spanning over the 2006 WC, 2008 OG & this yr's WC), only 2 prediction came out true. A 13% correct prediction.:p

    See:
