I understand it's 3x price of bg65 , but if you consider the amount we pay for court fee, racket, shuttle, the cost of string is probably on the low end. Unless you happen to break string every week. Even a tube of shuttle is about that price and we go through those much quicker.

    Review:

    NS9900 at 26lbs (BG66 Ultimax white)

It's perfect match. NS9900 is a double's racquet which swing really fast and very good at manuver. However, it lack of power and control due to its nature. With BG66UM, it added extra repulsion and control (see the spec) into the racquet and make it super racquet. As I string at high tension, the control at net is superb. My friend actually produce 'Lin Dan's Asian Final' net shots frequently.

With right smash technique, the smash is sharper and able to control where it goes to as compare with NBG98 (powerful but no feel). Definately my fav string after BG85 and SP version make it cheaper to own.

if bg66UM fit so well to ns9900 then its a prefect match for Z-slash?
    do u try bg66 sharp ?

I haven't try BG66 Sharp as it is exp but I will try BG66 Maxima once it is available here. You have to test the string, tension on your fav racquet yourself. I do waste a lot of money for all those testing and really unable to tell which is better. Most is personal preference.

Do you still wan the continuous grommets?

I guess bg66UM and bg66M should feel more or less the same as the specs are quite similar. I'm using bg66M on my ns9900 @25lbs. Very powerful and repulsive string. But has softer feel compared to nbg98. Ocassionally u can get the loud explosive metallic 'pang' when u hit hard right on the sweet spot. Caught me by surprise by a few times as i thought my string broke again. :)
