I expect them to meet KSH/YYS in quarter. Will be a very tough fight that make or break their medal hopes.
It will be no different if they meet Bona/Ahsan in the quarters. Bona/Ahsan have beaten KKK/TBH many times too.
Let by gone be by gone. . .I'm not a fanatic for this duo but I think this time it won't be the same. . .
Well, let's just say that all three pairs have been in atrocious form throughout this year. Any one of them has the chance to reach that SF. I said I expected them to meet KSH/YYS in quarter. What does that say about the match against JJS/LYD
Do you want to meet a pair who has in past beaten you from time and time again no matter how good you are at the moment ? Or you rather earn the second place to face the currently the most dynamic and explosive pair from Thailand. If I am Tan Kim Her, opt for the latter. Facing Malaysians again will give the Ko/Yoo an extra boost mentally. Ko/Yoo : OOO We beaten them seven times already. Let's do it again. So excited!
just watched them play against the japanese pair on youtube, they look improved, driven, and hungry to win will be interesting to watch them play jung/lee on tuesday
I wonder what right switch did they 'ON' as coaches have been having cracking headaches and scratches to find this 'SWITCH'. They may or may not get past the following crucial hurdles but, at least their game is watchable now.
Agreed. Although Koo still dont look slim enough for me, or was it because I've been watching their matches in HD?
Yeah, that could be it because of ko/yoo surprisingly lost to the thai pair... It's all because of them...
One of the shot against the 'veteran' american
They have get pass LYD/CJS 1st. If not, its the Thai pair. That is if Ko/Yoo dont suddenly lose to Bona/Ahsan.
So if Koo/Tan miraculously make it through this showdown, wouldn't it be prudent to change your pseudo name from 'repentedboy' to 'beggingformercyboy'? It's mind boggling that a female uses a male gender pseudo name. Hhm..?? While they are doing fine at least till now, wait till the final scoreline says it all before you hand down your student-like judgements.
Judging from his past weight KKK has always been very hungry. All kidding aside, I can't help but notice that they still like to lift the shuttle to the back court. That ain't gonna work against HF/CY or God forbid, the number one Korean pair.
I think that was part of the reason (NCC). Also as independent player, they have more freedom when it comes to decision making and less responsibilities to shoulder. The main attraction is still $$$ and the offer that come by as the new sponsor still have faith in them and see that they still have a few good years ahead. I believed some other players within BAM were looking forward to this lucrative deal but did not get the offer.
His genes and body type are part of the weight issue. To maintain within the ideal BMI he has to keep a very strict diet consistently which required plenty of self discipline. Spot on pertaining the defensive play. Counter attack is non-existent but at least they moved the back court opponent from side to side. I do think they and their coaches realized the weakness but the inability to improve is due to playing habit which is very difficult to get rid of.
tonight it will be tough fight between KKK/TBH and CJS/LYD... if one of them be the group winner will face mighty thai pair Issara/Maneepong, or as the group runner up will face Ina's Bona/Ahsan...
Yes they are. Bodin Issara / Maneepong Jongjit and Ahsan / Bona are the representative of Group B in the Knock Out phase.
