I was attracted by your logic/ observation above..may have some truth in it..:)
Seems that Misbun's other charges ( CKB, HH, TCS) are not doing too well...perhaps he is overrated in terms of his credentiails due to LCW..
And one more thing, he seems to be furiously taking down notes (none of the other coaches did )whenever LCW is playing..wondering if they are necessary for..tactics, strategies..

Well it is up to BAM to decide if the want to bring in a new coach to motivate DLCW a bit. If DLCW can nominate?

The aim now is to win those so called 'big' tournaments and also getting a better h2h with LD. ;)

So, should BAM take the risk or make the change? No guarantee. Only LCW can tell. ;)

Yup, the decision is in LCW's hands. I hope he really knows what's good for him.

Current elite players and coaches was not a problem......OK with me.

Just the UpComing players ......is it they too pamper (manja) or "is OK" attitude.
Coach should be strict in some places, if "No mean No".

You will read more constructive comments after Rashid got sacked (or perhaps Misbun).

Please everyone : why we still don`t have any other player same level as LCW? DOn`t you all feel weird about it?

    So pBmMalaysia:

What is your solution on this ? DOn`t tell me that you need time to think of different view again? A true winner and champion won`t give any excuses...

Best idea in this thread:D....on the topic of firing MS and RS, and finding new coach for LCW, 110% agree. BAM does not need to look any further for the next best coach...after reading all the 'smart' coaching ideas in this thread alone convince me that the best coach or coaches are right in Badminton Forum and advice are free, that is even better....MAS boleh...LOL!:p:D

They lost... So?! Being a Bahasa Melayu teacher, my mom taught her children well but I pretty much screwed up with the subject and failed numerous times when my other siblings scored As... you think I should put the blame on her? Now you tell me...
(simplest example since you still don't get it...)

P/S: DLCW's nightmare probably be playing with LD and losing but for me, I'm just scared of BM exams... H2H, I'll never catch up, ever :D...

    my solution?

very simple, i follow the title of the thread.

dato a started this thread and after exchanging our views

we decided not to debate as we may go off track.

also, i don't and never spend any time to think of my view,

on the title of the thread of course.

lastly, its true a true winner doesnt give excuses,

but we must know the differences between reasons for under performance and excuses..lol

There are totally different things with your example.

Your other siblings score A's, but only u failed miserably.

Only DLCW score A, but others shuttlers are as miserable as you.

Ur mom for sure will never get the blame because u are the only children that cant perform.

Misbun should get the blame because out of DLCW, he actually had nothing in his hand.

Only 1 can perform is better or Only 1 cannot perform is better?

I did not blame Sideks brother for the failure of DLCW who cannot beat LD at the previous AG10.

Look at Rashid Sidek. He is totally useless in BAM. I dont know why he still there. And why BAM still keep him after failure and failure?

Misbun Sidek? Raise a good shuttler first before he can claim that DLCW become super-strong after he take over from the prior coaches that put much much effort in polishing DLCW to become world's No. 1 player.

Let's give the job to person that really can work. Not those when win, cakap lebih and when fail, stay like a coward in the mouse hole.
