This thread reports the Korean Players in action in the National Tournaments Only.

This will be a good venue to share the news especially for the retired Korean plyers as a whole.

I think it's prety much confirmed that Ko Sung Hyun/Ha Jung Eun are KOR's 2nd XD pair at the moment.

However, the same cannot be said about their MD pairs. The coaches seem to be still in the mood of experimentation:
    1. Cho Gun Woo had 4 partners alone this year - latest one with Shin Baek Cheol in the Korea Int Challenge, China & HKG SS.

    2. Yoo Yeon Seong did not appear in the last 2 events and were partnered with Ko Sung Hyun in the Korea Int Challenge. Ko also appeared in only XD with Ha in the last 2 SS events.

    3. Kwon Yi Goo - played MD with Kim Ki Jung and XD with Kim Min Jung in the last 3 events.

    4. Han Sang Hoon and Hwang Ji Man did not play in all 3 events.

Looking at the M/Q of the Korea SS 2010:
    1. Cho Gun Woo/Kwon Yi Goo
    2. Kim Ki Jung/Shin Baek Cheol
    3. Ko Sung Hyun/Yoo Yeon Seong
    4. Kim Da Eun/Chung Eui Seok
    5. Kang Ji Wook/Choi Seung Il - this junior pair skipped the WJC this year.

No Hwang Ji Man and Han Sang Hoon in MD, but, Hwang will partner Jang Ye Na while Han will not be playing at all. Hmm....

YYS had a time of slump with experiencing some wall against the world top badminton, that made some mix-ups in MD partnerships.

HJM thinks he already achieved his dream in badminton career.

HSH and YYS have their fiances, so beautiful as to make me think it keeps them from focusing only on badminton. :) JJS is also in the similar situation, been engaged with a very beautiful fiance, but in this case making different performance; He's now in military camp while playing with a long-time consistent superb partner LYD, that's the difference.

This may not be the right thread but since we are talking about Yoo, you have any idea why Korea keep switching partners for Yoo, Cho, Shin.
They change from Cho/Yoo to Ko/Yoo, then change back, then change some over, confusing.

Well, they keep changing partners because each pair is not good enough to be their 2nd MD pair ;)

I meant they keep going back & forth 2 partners. Sthing like : Cho with Yoo, then Ko with Yoo, then back to Cho with Yoo again. Maybe they're trying to maintain the ranking so either way they can play in SS main draw.

That's another guess to my surprise.

As I said, it involves some slump or something of the individual players.
