Techniques Wrist, Back Hand, Smash HELP!!!!!

    Any new technique feels weird, because you're not used to it. It's to be expected.

    i think you need help in the sense that you need someone to pick on your bad habits when you are executing a shot. either that or record yourself hitting whether it be in a game or just warm up. without proper coaching it is quite difficult to figure out the little things that you're doing wrong (if any). but sometimes i do find it useful to watch how the pros hit in slow motion, then mimic it and watch myself in the mirror. of course that's the last option because even watching and mimicking the pros i know i still miss a lot of little details, but at least you get somewhat of the way you're "supposed" to hit. but again, nothing can replace proper training.

    yeh i dont think i can record. it will be hard cause no one can hold my phone and record when im playing. i'll try this week if possible.

    i have no place to do chin ups >.<
    should i just do push up? im very weak LOL!
