The price is too cheap to be true so i say it is fake.

Do you have the link to the ebay auction so we can see what info the seller put?

Here it is, the seller says it's original and also sells cheaper racquets whereby he doesn't state the term "orginal".
    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&item=190223000164

Edit: the only thing that's different is that the racquet I've received has a different serial code than shown in the image

Rene Kuil has already paid for the racket but wasn't sure if it was real.

The racquet got delivered to me today, looks real to me (definitely not an expert). If it helps I can make a couple of pictures, but I guess its best to wait for the serial check

    Rene,

I had a look of the acution and by looking at the pictures, it is counterfeit.

As drift mentioned, you should report to Ebay and Paypal (if you paid using this) to report the the issue.

If you guys still think it's fake, what should I do? I have never experienced something like this before. Is it an idea to confront the seller with this (via msn) and ask to pay me back? Or should I do it though ebay and/or paypal? If I confront the seller and he admits and I get my money back, I'm happy as well. Of course I will let Ebay know (afterwards) of this scammer so other people won't be bothered with him anymore.

With the pictures which you provided from your own racket, this fully supports that it is fake.

I would recommend that you simply report the seller to both Ebay and Paypal avoiding confrontation if possible.

If you are unsure of an ebay item then post it in the Ebay Auction Watch next time before you buy.

I have checked in the information of your Yonex Armortec 900 Power shaft Serial:6714868; Cone Date Code:240272SP (date=24 Feb 2007) to my information list of Yonex rackets made in Japan, its serial no. and date code are legitimate.

However you still need to inspect the other physical features of the racket carefully and compare the specifications to ascertain its total legitimacy or authenticity yourself.
